Returns & Refund Policy


At SOLEA London, we want every journey with your SOLEA Travel Bag to feel effortless. If something is not right with your order, our support team is here to help.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, complete with all included accessories, returned in its original packaging or suitable protective packaging, and not damaged, stained, worn, or altered.

Please include your order number, the email used for your order, the reason for your return, and photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your SOLEA item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so our team can review the issue quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a few additional business days to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return is due to an error on our side, we will help arrange the appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, damaged, altered, returned without approval, or not in a resellable condition.

Gift cards, if applicable, are also non-returnable.
